Loop Mobile Ready To Take On Network Challenge – Call Drop = Balance Up

Loop Mobile today announced its first of its kind Network Challenge for its subscribers in Mumbai.

If a subscribers of Loop Mobile face a call drop, they shall now be compensated this feature is now available for both postpaid and prepaid subscribers in Mumbai.One would need to send an SMS NC to 50800 (postpaid) / 50505 (prepaid) and get their money back.

Loop Mobile shall reverse minimum 0.50p/minute for every call drop that one may face across Mumbai & Thane. This is first of its kind Network Challenge by any operator in India thus gaining the confidence of the subscriber.
