Nokia today strengthened its dual SIM portfolio with new affordable and stylish Touch & Type slider phones, Nokia C2-03 and Nokia C2-06.
Nokia has also introduced a single SIM variant of the phone, Nokia C2-02.The Nokia C2-03, the third dual SIM phone Nokia has brought to market in the last two months, comes with Nokia’s differentiated dual SIM capabilities.
These include features that allow the user to personalize up to five SIM cards with a dedicated look and feel, and an Easy Swap option that lets users change SIM cards in seconds without having to turn off the phone or remove the battery.
The Nokia C2-02 is a single SIM version with a similar feature set, push messaging options and broad range of IM providers.
Spicing up its latest offerings, Nokia introduces location based service for the first time on Series 40 platform specifically designed for entry consumers in India, where local maps and places of interest are pre-installed on the phone. Users can now now use Local Search on Maps using both SMS and GPRS.
The three phones also pack a 2 mega pixcel camera, stereo FM radio, media player and memory support that can be expanded to a whopping 32 GB, letting users store thousands of photos, videos and music files.
The MRP of the Nokia C2-02 and C2-03 is INR 4289 and INR 4949 respectively. For the Nokia C2-06 it is INR 5349 . All these phones will be available in India in the coming few weeks.
